Step 1 – Begin in Softness (1–3 min)
Take a quiet walk outside or sit where you can clearly see natural forms.
Imagine your heart gently opening with your inhale and softening with your exhale.
Step 2 – See With New Eyes (1–3 min)
Adopt a beginner’s mind and let your gaze appreciate your surroundings.
Notice the shapes, colors, and details you might usually overlook.
Step 3 – Meet Uniqueness (2–3 min)
Allow your attention to settle on one being or object that subtly calls to you.
Adopt the idea that it is somehow beautiful, even if its beauty is unnoticed.
Ask: “What makes you uniquely yourself?”
Pause and listen with your heart.
Step 4 – Discover Beauty (2-3 min)
Allow yourself to witness its unique beauty, even if no words come.
Let appreciation for its uniqueness ripple softly through you.
Recognize that its beauty somehow opens a mirror to your own.
