Archetype SIX is in the Social/Mental Belonging triad.
It moves through the Divine, Nature, and Human Octaves of being.
Embodied reflection invites deeper integration of its truth.
Archetype Six at the Nature Octave is the domain of breakdowns and breakthroughs. It holds the mystery of change and the Power to Transmute.
Life continually reshapes itself. Change is the only certainty in the continuous movement from conception to death, and beyond. The transformation from crawling caterpillar to winged butterfly is a dramatic example of Nature’s capacity to restructure itself. That miraculous conversion requires a leaf-munching worm to stop eating, follow its inner knowing to build a cocoon, and melt into cellular goo before emerging as a completely different being.
This card suggests a potent transmutation is underway. The outcome is unknown, but your internal guidance is showing the way. When you trust your true nature, you will perceive your Social Belonging in the web of life and discern what is yours to do.
Practice: “Cocoon Breath”
Duration: 6–8 minutes
Intention: Support the process of inner transformation—become still and dance with the mystery.
Audio Guidance for the Practice:
Step 1 – Gently Enfold (1-2 min)
Sit or lie down comfortably. Close your eyes and let your breath deepen naturally.
Wrap your arms around your torso in a relaxed self-hold.
Imagine you’re in a chrysalis or cocoon—safely enclosed and in process.
Inhale gently through your nose for 4 counts, pause briefly, then exhale for 6.
Continue this pattern for several rounds of breath, and sink into safety.
Step 2 – Breathe Insight the Cocoon (3 min)
Imagine something within you is beginning to melt—it is returning to pure cellular potential, unformed, sacred.
Inwardly say: “I am allowing what no longer serves the highest good to dissolve.”
Step 3 – Invite Inner Guidance (2-3 min)
Ask: “What is quietly forming inside me?”
Rest in the unknown and allow an image, sensation, or an inner knowing to arise naturally—without effort or reason.
When something comes into your awareness, whisper that to yourself.
Trust the mystery to reshape you in beautiful ways.
