• Before any activity, briefly consider: “Whom do I want to please by doing this?"

Step 2: Consult the Heart (2–3 min)

• Place a hand over your heart. Ask: “Do I have a genuine inner desire to do this?"

• What feelings arise when you consider not doing it?

• How do you know that this is yours to do? How do you know the right time is now?
